Cancellation
Our Cancellation Policy
If a service needs to be cancelled, a notice must be given at least 48 hours before the booking date. If a 48 hour notice is not given, a fee of 50% of the original price will be charged.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Due to Weather: If a Dog Walk needs to be cancelled less than 48 hours in advanced due to weather, client is not responsible for cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees: A fee of 50% the original price may be charged if a 48 hour notice is not given.
Rescheduling: If a booking needs to be rescheduled, there must be a notice at least 48 hours prior to date of booking.
